André Schembri
Director of Coaching
André, a former professional football player from Malta, had a successful career spanning 13 years. He played in prestigious leagues including the Portuguese Primeira Liga and the German second Bundesliga, representing clubs like Ferencvárosi TC and Boavista FC. With 94 international appearances, André now coaches the reserve team of Apollon Limassol FC in Cyprus, holding a UEFA A Diploma and a BSc in Sport Science and Coaching.
Martina Borg

Martina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Malta and a Masters in Sports and Exercise Psychology. With a lifelong dedication to football since the age of four, Martina has been a valuable member of the Maltese women’s national football team for thirteen years. In Italy, she has played professionally for five seasons, notably with Roma CF. Martina’s impressive career includes 262 senior-level games and over 100 goals scored.
Luigi Fenech
Co-Founder
Luigi, a sports lawyer from Malta, holds a Bachelor of Laws and Masters in Advocacy. With a second Masters in International Sports Law from Madrid, he gained experience at Club Brugge before launching his own boutique. Specializing in Player Contracts, Negotiations, Commercial Contracts, and PR/Communications, Luigi’s expertise and industry knowledge make him a valuable asset in the world of sports law.
Gerard Casanova Prat

Gerard, born in Barcelona, is a sports enthusiast with a background in Physical Activity and Sports Science. He is the Academic Director at the renowned MBP School of Coaches in Barcelona and has experience working in Shanghai as a Methodology Coordinator and Director of Ebbe Sand Soccer Academy. Gerard also played a vital role in securing an agreement with the Dutch Football Association for coaching education programs.
